Well, let's just say He Approved, couldn't come out of He's mouth (fingers) fast enough. Sarah also tried to tell He about the hand on the hip trend. I have your answer... "the "skinny arm." Putting your hand on the hip makes your arm appear much skinnier than placing it against your side." Well Sarah, thanks for the info, but He doesn't care what you put that arm, you are going to look hot anyway. Sarah appears to be a HUGE belt fan, and guess what He doesn't seem to have a problem with it for a second. Great accessory, makes her look boobs look bigger (good tip). Can He say, this is a Killer smile...and He doesn't comment on this much, but if you have been a long time reader you might know He likes good hair. So to sum up, Sarah is Perfectly He Approved.
How would you describe your style? I would describe my style as simply fab... I actually aspire to dress like Kim Kardashian. I buy pieces that I can mix and match. I love black. Little black dresses, black skirts, black leggings, black lace. It's so clean, slimming, and simple. I don't like to accessorize outfits too much because I like having my clothes be bold enough. Right now I'm obsessed with expanding my boot collection. Thigh highs, leather, heels, and various colors.

Favorite item you own? My black Jessica Simpson platforms, my white/gold eagle two finger ring, my gold Dogeared wishbone necklace, and I could never be without one pair of my black leggings

Who are your favorite designers? I am in no way a designer snob... I barely know any designers. I am a deal-finding junkie and online obsesser! I love love love forever21, shoedazzle, Madonna's Material Girl line from Macy's, American Apparel, and local boutiques that have various precious items.

HottHe of the Week...Alyssa

Isn't it great to be in college? No better time in the life of a chick to wear short tight skirts and dresses. Haven't had a blonde HottHe in quite some time, so its nice to get back to it. Alyssa is a University of Wisconsin party animal. Well He doesn't know that for sure, but any girl that is all over He (not really He) has to be a HottHe right? Alyssa gives us a good little variety of outfits, stacked bracelets, and legs. Like most other HottHe, hand on the hip seems to be the way to go? One of these days He is gonna have to ask a HottHe what the deal is with these poses, but for now enjoy Alyssa as this weeks HottHe of the Week.
How would you describe your style? I’m pretty conservative when it comes to my clothes but, I’ve been known get a little crazy when it comes to my accessories! I’m quite simple. I’m all about the black and white t’s thrown on with a pair of jeans but I’ll usually pair that up with a necklace or bag that makes a serious statement! I’m all about neon accessories and have this neon lime green Scoop clutch that I couldn’t imagine living without!

Favorite item you own? Coming in at #1 is going to have to be my latest purchase! I bought this cropped military vest from LF that I CAN’T WAIT to pair up with a pair of skin tight J Brands and my new Sam Edelman military boots!

Who are your favorite designers? I’m all about the cropped t-shirt thing goin on and I’ve been buying a lot of Patterson J. Kincaid tops recently. I go to James Perse for my simple tops and im a sucker for my Free City sweatshirts. And of course, my sister and Just Jamie Scarves!

Meet Danielle, 20 year old HottHe from LIM. Still young and she already has He Approved style down. Not to mention Danielle gets major bonus points, since she is one of the elite that knows and pulls off the Upper Arm Bangle look that He loves. He has said it before, a bathing suit is never complete without some chains, and what do you know Danielle listened. He is not sure if Danielle is just a FbyHe fanatic and follows every post to the T, or if this chick just as amazing style, either way she is this weeks HottHe of the Week and without question He Approved.

How would you describe your style? I love dressing myself, and my friends. Putting outfits together and accessorizing all come naturally to me. My personal style is care free and i mostly dress according to my mood. My favorite looks are bohemian and girly-punk.

Favorite item you own? My favorite item would defiantly be chanel bag, it is classic and goes with anything you put on.

Who are your favorite designers? My fashion icons are Nicole Richie, Lindsay Lohan, Vanessa Hudgens and i absolutely love the way they style Jessica Szohr on Gossip Girl.

HottHe of the Week...Missy

What are friends for? A few weeks ago He introduces you to Mallorie then bam, He drops this bomb on you, aka Missy, Mallorie's roomate. How many f*cking HottHe's are living together, damn. Not sure if these two share clothing, but god damn is that a twosome and a half. It is probably to the point they both know they are hot, and have great style that there is no longer competition, just love of being HottHe's together.

How would you describe your style? I love fashion i collect all the Assouline fashion biography books as well as many other fashion books. I have a really bad shoe addicition as well, i am all about wearing a $40 dress from american apparell and riching it up with jewlery, trendy handbag and killer shoes (the higher the better :). I am obsessed with vintage clothing I just recently went to the Manhattan vintage clothing show at the metropolitan pavillion which was amazing.

Favorite item you own? My favorite fashion item i own is prob my vintage pieces (my vintage chanel and gucci bag and my vintage hermes belt). I would say my style is classy chic with a rock n roll edge i love anything with a pyramid stud and just got an amazing catherine malandrino fringe bag, i also am a sucker for anything animal printed or sequined. Black and Gold are my favorite colors.

Who are your favorite designers? My favorite classic designers are Chanel, Cristobal balenciaga and yves saint laurent but i also die for Alexander wang, Mcqueen and Marc Jacobs.

Katy Love, He thinks He is in love. He thinks its the eyes that is really bring He in with this HottHe. Hell Katy is a f*cking movie star, how about that, well at least she says she was in a couple scenes of two ("It's kind of a funny story" and "Detachment") either way, now that Katy has been on FbyHe, He is sure that this was the big break Katy needed. She is doing everything right style wise, it was just a matter of time before He found her and turned her into a star.

How would you describe your style? My style is very day to day. Some days I wake up feeling more rebellious than others and throw on my leather jacket & five inch combat boots. Other days you'll see me in floral and pastel colors. I'm also obsessed with crosses. If I'm not wearing cross necklaces or cross rings, I'm carrying my cross purse. I also never let the weather dictate what I wear. If I feel like wearing high waisted shorts & a crop top, & it's 40 degrees out, I will.

Favorite item you own? I have a few favorite items. First, my Jeffrey Campbell "Mary Roks" wedges. They literally match everything. I also am obsessed with my studded cross DIY black purse I made a few months ago

Who are your favorite designers? Some of my favorite designers are DVF, Louboutin & Campbell (for shoes), Balmain, Consuelo Castiglioni for Marni, YSL, & Marc Jacobs.

HottHe of the Week...Alex

Meet Alex, 22-year-old NYU grad student who is developing her own cooking TV show. Let He first say, that He would watch Alex cook anything. F*ck Rachel Ray, He wants to watch Alex. Alex is a perfect example of the difference between heels and flats. Heels pictures she's a 10 possibly an 11, but in the flats, shes a 9, which is still pretty hot in He's book, but the heels add major points. Listen ladies, He has told you before, Heels are where it's at. The Higher the Heel, the Hotter the Girl. In a pair of heels, it doesn't get much hotter then Alex.

How would you describe your style? My style is very eclectic. I usually do not go out of my way to wear designer labels – my motto is if it looks good, rock it! You can look awesome as long as you carry yourself well and feel confident. Good makeup and hair is a must – I am obsessed with smoky eyes (as you can probably tell). I love being punky, funky, sexy, and bold. I love prints, solids, lace, metal, minis, and of course, showing some skin. I hate when I buy something that everyone else has—so vintage and boutique shopping are very important to me.

Favorite item you own? A few of my favorite items of clothing are my vintage Moschino mini-skirt and mini-top (black with metal balls hanging from both the skirt and top – it looks better than it sounds) and my black lace Ksubi pants.

Who are your favorite designers? If I had to pick a few favorite designers, I would have to say that I am in love with Ksubi (best jeans in the world), Maje, Gryphon, Alexander McQueen, DVF, Lanvin, Gucci, Dolce and Gabbana, and Moschino.
